The hammer is manufactured to Tolsen's high standard with a drop-forged steel hammerhead, heat treated for durability and strength. The claw hammer has a fiberglass core, which dampens the power of the strike reducing the stress on wrist and hands, and a comfort grip, non-slip handle.
